HolaFone Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the HolaFone Terms and Conditions and applies to all HolaFone services.

By using HolaFone, you agree to use the service responsibly and lawfully.

2. Lawful Use

You must not use HolaFone services to:

  • Break any applicable law.
  • Commit fraud.
  • Access systems without permission.
  • Transmit malicious software.
  • Distribute malware, ransomware or viruses.
  • Engage in phishing or identity theft.
  • Support criminal activity.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights.

3. Network Abuse

You must not intentionally:

  • Interfere with mobile networks.
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits.
  • Manipulate traffic measurements.
  • Generate artificial or automated traffic.
  • Use the service in a manner likely to impact other customers.

4. Automated Activity

HolaFone services are intended for normal personal or business use.

Unless expressly authorised, you must not use the service for:

  • Automated account creation.
  • Automated purchasing.
  • Bulk activation of eSIMs.
  • Bots or scripts designed to abuse promotions.
  • Large-scale automated testing.

5. Fraud Prevention

HolaFone actively monitors for fraudulent activity.

We may suspend or terminate services where we reasonably suspect:

  • Payment fraud.
  • Stolen payment methods.
  • Identity fraud.
  • Chargeback abuse.
  • Account takeover.
  • Promotion abuse.
  • Multiple accounts created to circumvent limits.

Where appropriate, suspected fraud may be reported to payment providers or law enforcement authorities.

6. Resale

HolaFone products may not be resold, redistributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission from HolaFone.

7. Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account where this policy is breached.

Where practical, we will explain the reason for any suspension and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

8. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of abuse involving HolaFone services, please contact our support team so that we can investigate promptly.
